Maybe some servers are slow and lag, so when you type things in and press enter nothing will happen. Make sure you type /em before what you want.

And sometimes, commands does not work when you use caps, try typping /em or /emote instead /EM or /EMOTE

This is useful.
Try restarting toribash, or try re installing toribash, you could have accidently deleted some important files.

If you haven't touched to Toribash folder, this is quite unlikely.
But yeah, all toribash commands are capital sensitive i.e /Em or /eM won't work.
