dude this isn't tech support.

I doubt anyone where will know how to fix all your problems off the top of their heads.

Please at least try to google it. No problem is unique.

ok... it keeps bothering me when i see people say "just reinstall windows." Not everyone has the same problem you did and not everyone wants to fix it by reinstalling windows as not everyone knows how to do so, sometimes people need help fixing problems because they don't want to lose installed programs and their personal files because they might not be able to back them up. if it comes down to being the only solution to the current problem then yes it is suggestible but most of the time when people suggest reinstalling windows the problem was either already fixed or is fixable without reinstalling windows.

seriously just because it works does not mean it's the best possible solution

also, pertaining to the problem, did this problem start after you installed msn messenger or a similar program?

I installed a USB driver,specifically Globe Tattoo(Philippines) ,a broadband.I installed it and that error pops out. (only if I plug my USB again)

Than those people shouldnt be downloading weird porn that has viruses in it, which is how 90% of viruses are spread, and 95% of why threads like this get made.

Also, have you tried system restore?

agreed deady, system restore will probably fix your problem as long as you system restore before you installed that driver.
