It may be your resolution. Are you playing in fullscreen? If you're not, it may be a sign that you need to update your drivers.

You should update them from the graphic card's manufacturer. Usually nVidia or ATI.

Try disabling Full Screen and change the width and height

I am pretty sure you might need to reinstall it.
