Yes, you're posting the location of the file on your computer.
Upload that file to the internet.
To do so:
1: http://imageshack.us/
2: In the middle of the screen, it says "browse". Click that.
3: Or browse to the file, or enter the location.
4: click open
5: click "Upload Now"

When it's done uploading, it shoul redirect you to a link.
Post the link here.

Ah, that's should be quite easy to fix.

You just have to update your videocard/ graphics chips drivers.

ok ive just tried but my computer is iqon and the iqon website has shut down is there any other way to solve this like a diff way to update the card or what ever it is?
Knowing your system information would help.

You can access to those via:

Method 2) If you are using Windows, you can right click 'My Computer', then select 'Properties', then the 'system# tab tells you information about your system.
Method 3) If you are using Windows, you can run dxdiag by either: (XP) Start -> Run
: 'dxdiag', run dxdiag. or (Vista/7): Start -> Search bar: dxdiag, run dxdiag.

Tell us what is your videocard/Gpu and rest should be easy enough. :P
