The text on a headband can be changed. Also I can take it off, coz now I see it isn't nice :/

also if you want to make heads and edit later just make a editing file
and save as name.xfc

He uses Photoshop. So it should be .psd; .xfc is for Gimp and PS can't read that.
Not bad for the first.
You could try using some path tool. Brushes + Mouse = Don't. There are some crazy dudes that are good on brushes + mouse, but they're insane.

i dont like the band, its not good, if you improove that it will be nice

Its okay, but the hair is a bit irregular looking and the headband is very off in the back, also the spot where its like red/pink on his head is not natural looking.

Ye, I am total noob at photoshop, i used only brushes, elipse tool, 3d tool and those sky blue lines that help making various thing... xd I don't even know how to call it (im Polish ;d)
