That's one ugly son of a bitch I wouldn't want to cross when it's dark. Or light.
Looks pretty cool, but you could make the open eye a bit more realistic, it looks a tad more cartoony than the rest.
Teeth could be softened by about 0,2 pixels with gaussian blur, they look over sharpenend.
The metal bars could be a little more sharp.

Overall you did a pretty nice job, 7,2/10

Just make it look less blurry.
Less blur, harder shadows/lighting and outlining.

skin and right eye looks good, but the mouth doesn't seem to fit here. Nose also looks kind of rushed.

i like the nose xD... and the mouth Mc want to change it to a evil smile... but im having trubles with it
