Ok. So I filled out the survey for toricredits and i never got them, its been a day and a half, why havent I gotten them?

The serveys take time, and most of the time they don't work. It depends on whether the advertiser decides to pay toribash, or whether your information went through. The chances are, you won't get your TC, but at least wait a few days.
