I heard somewhere (on a thread) that tori and uke are slightly different but im wondering how. they look pretty much the same.

right. (obviously) apart from that. this thread was about a mirror script that supposedly wouldnt work perfectly due to tori and uke being fundementally different

-Idk what but something is different - Maybe uke is slightly more fragile
-If you [tori] attack uke with a certain move - Uke will dismember
-If you [uke] attack tori with the same move - Tori may not dismember or will have a diff result

Yeah, they are different.
Not sure how, I think the sizes are the same, but uke or tori are a little bit elevated off the ground.

In some mods, also, Tori is more powerful too

Leave both Tori and Uke to fall down and they will fall differently.

My wushu speed punch only works as Tori else he dq's

Some turn based moves only work for either Tori or Uke.

They, in fact, are different. Start a game, make em all relax and press space continuously. They'll fall in different positions.
