It's allowed as long as you warn both the people that the head will be worn by someone else before you sell it too them.

o ok ill inform that person if i can find them my store is pretty far back ( a lot far back no one buys from me they dont like my stuff )

If you get their permission you can sell it again. If they say no, you're not allowed. Remember, it's their texture now.
