This is a pack, which enables the items to be traded without regard for qi restrictions. They're also not being made any more, so are extremely rare, and thus expensive.

To have great Value, there must be great Demand.
And, as you can see, there is not much demand.
To most people, this is just a Force and a Relax.
Rare =/= Expensive
