Songs that make you want to kill stuff in slo-mo
I have become particularly enticed by this genre... but I don't know what to name it. It's mostly music for trailers so all of them start out slow, but get good quickly as they are all pretty short songs.

Also you'll find they sound better if you imagine yourself as an invincible badass whilst listening.

Anybody have songs like these they want to share?
havent got a vid but the band is x-ray dog and lots of their songs r epic, suc as:
the system
screaming souls
king of the underground
seen revenge360? i need to lay down hi-beatz on him...
x-ray dog is the only one i know that does trailer-type music.

Heard POP:WW soundtracks? While they don't have the trailer-like symphonic sound, they definitely make you want to kill stuff

Examples:

You are left alone in a cold dark room, waiting for the man to appear again. Strapped to a cold, iron table surpassed only by the coldness in his eyes as he enters the room and pulls a scalpel from the iron bench beside you. You hear the scrape of metal against metal and it sends chills through your being as his shoes clop loudly on the hard floor, and it echos off the stone walls.

He caresses your flesh, piercing it occasionally and ripping down your torso. He destroys your eyes, leaving only your sense of sound and touch and the absolute dark to identify with the surroundings. Fear your only emotion.

He cracks and suddenly starts beating you with a blunt object. You can only guess it is a meat tenderiser, for you have no true way of knowing. Your bones are crushed, blood splashing against your face. He strikes your head.

The longest hour of your life is the last.

By the way, the genre you are actually looking for is simply called "soundtrack" as each of the tracks you list are designed to match a particular scene on screen. You can check out the genre on last.fm. A band to check out is Juno Reactor

Juno is known to the masses because of his work on the matrix. But you can pretty much "kill" to anything he writes. These four are his most well known tracks, not necessarily my favourites.
