Running Nabi is his job so using my awesome powers of deduction I have come to the conclusion that he does indeed get some form of monetary compensation for his efforts.

And that money most likely comes from booster and tc sales since the game is free and all.

I'd imagine he'd get a (fairly high) percentage of all profits made off these games (through boosters and TC purchases), but he wouldn't have a solid salary as such. He's a business owner, not an employee.

Cause there's probably only about 50,000 registered users on toribash.
Plus, I don't see or know many players that own boosters and/or who buy tc

Hampa owns Nabi, he gets the money, and pays his workers. Simple.

In the same way that any CEO can use their companys profits for their own usage!
