When I turn shaders on (happens in 3.8 and 3.83 on both of my computers), this happens.

I actually think that isn't a glitch because it's being reflected off the floor.

Same thing happened to me. I reinstalled Toribash, but it didn't work. Then I asked SlipAnc on IRC, he said it's a problem with the driver, you need to update it.
