When I put on shaders, my computer lags.

btw did you switched from 30 fps to 60? its in the options.
if this is not done try this.

Yes, please post the specs. It might be caused by a driver problem, or a hardware problem. Use this to find it out. I suspect your graphics card doesn't handle it.

the fps change makes my shaders work.

I'm having shader problems as well.

EDIT: I guess yours are different.

my shaders need to be improved....well say your problems maybe we can fix each other's problems...
