How did that happen?
I did bet 100tc and got 99tc back. I know 1tc aren't the world, but at this time it were my last 100tc, so I couldn't bet any further. :\

Usually the winner gets an amount of your bet, too.
So if you did bet on someone, nobody betted against him and he won, you got 99% of your TC back and 1% went to the winner.
