Copy the archives to your cs directory. example c:/Program files/counter-strike1.6/cstrike/models.

oh, by the way, if you want to play with the right hand, go to options and select "Use left hand", if you dont do that, the hand and the weapon wil look entirely black.

The weapon shaders dont work for me. Player shades work perfectly though.

So could you explain what I exactly need to do to make the guns look pretty? :3
