Which one is the best?

Ps is $400. Also, I doubt everyone with P-Shop on these forums payed for it, but I don't know where they got it.

Anyways, GIMP is cooler.

PS is..slightly better, but very hatable.

It all comes down to pixels, MS paint can achieve what PS does, but it would take a MUUUUUCCHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Longer time to do so, that would mean months.

Photoshops shortcuts and filters make everything easiers.

Gimp is easy to learn, free and not bad. If you've got cash - buy RAM, no Photoshop.

Simply photoshop, even if i never tryed it ^^

but i use Photofiltre, i think it's the simplest
