okay well how do i rip off my head and throw it at the enemy? or throw off my arm at the enemy? please can somebody explain this for me?

There's no one way to it. You just need to grab your arm/head and yank at it just right. When it's severed, use the ghost to judge whether you moves will send your part at the enemy. It's not recommended in MP though.
