no belts do not matter, as long is the person is good. Must have beaten you 3 times, and has to be honorable and kind.

well, the three time thing is just to see if they are really good. Most of us are excellent toribashians so I don't expect many people to destroy us too many times in a row, but I guess, if the person is really good and looses only by a stroke of unluckyness, then it's ok.
