So a belief that I have been brought up with is that majority rules.
Well, I think that this is how [srs] should be run.
On all major decisions such as new clan member polls, kicking a member,
holding a clan event/tournament, etc... we should have a majority of
2/3 positive votes towards the verdict.

Since this poll is not under the pre-defined bill, even a ~51% positive vote
will pass this.
