the number of max frames allowed while editing a replay

Not sure if you mean this but I guess you want to add matchframes. Go to your replay folder right click the file and open it with notepad.
You will find

#!/usr/bin/toribash

FIGHTNAME 0; Awesome L.elbow dm1 + dc redone1

Edit the bold value to what matchframes you'd like to have. Save it and open it with Toribash.
