For some reason, shaders never "save" in my game, i have to redo it every time I play?

Do you mean custom shaders?

Cuz there is a way to make that permanent.

But if your talking about the default one then try reinstalling.

Save a notepad document in your TB folder, call it profile.tbs
Open that file, type /lws inverted.inc (or whatever shader you want) and then save it again.
You'll load that shader each time you start TB.
