Cause i download Qtg4 =D is there a certain place i put the QTG4? in the script file or should i just download it and it will work? need help and fast gonna host this tourney in about 30 mins

If you are referring at a spambot then thats not allowed afaik.
You can ask for Promo-bot from a Promo-team member (will cost you 6k Toricredits).

You don't really need any bots to hold a tourney.. But if you do want muteall, iBot has that feature - http://forum.toribash.com/showthread.php?t=78565
