Art rule question
Is it illegal to put a different head on a set I own and resell it?
because I don't plan on selling this set I have with its bad head

It is not illegal as far as I know as long as you for a fact OWN them both.

As long as you make/buy the new head you are fine. If you user a google image and get caught, its possible you could be banned for plagiarism.
