7-zip is suggested though, since it is free, open source, and supports a lot more compression algorithms.

k thanks just saying winzip only lasts for 45 days now

I still have it, I just click "dont buy" or whatever.

It has been asking me for like 4 years.

lol, i love how winrar does the same thing. it's like they don't even care if you continue to use their product after the "trial" expires

it's just a minor inconvenience that you have to click the ok button when it's over.

it's like saying "you can only use me for 30 days, after 30 day's i'm going to annoy you with a popup when you first start me, BUT if you buy me you don't have to worry about it"

the whole point is that you don't need to "download a keygen" for (or purchase) winrar lol it doesn't expire like it says it's going to.
