I'm going to break down my cleanest and easiest follow half throw, while this may not seem like one, the rotation of the arms and chest does happen
I start out the match by getting lifted, however he overextended so I stay neutral to remain passive and inactive to let him think he has control
I rotated my chest to in hope make my legs be opposite of my arms, giving the motor for my twist and rip, making the throw happen. my oppponent has slightly recovered ground but only a toe and on one foot so i can go more agressive and risky to make the throw happen
What ended up happening was my opponent rotated me so my legs were no parallel with my arms, however, the throw could still work. the motor fdor my throw now comes from the back leg. This allows for the throw to happen, however I risk falling back and out. This is actually common in a match
Here I messed up and put the motor on my front leg allowing my back leg to swing out and give the opponent some momentum recovery, however, by swapping the arms as you would in the throw he was rotated 180 degrees and not able to recover
To finish off I tuck my elbow and Place all of my motor on my front leg to counter the swinging leg. I finish by curling my wrist and pulling to where he is flat and parallel with the ground so trying to save is near impossible
Hope these diagrams sort of show what the body parts are doing and what my goal is to set up the throw
