Ok here is a new proposed plan, we set up some teams with leaders. The leaders can recruit/create their own teams thus including kicks, invites, and other things. They can only recruit Black belt and up....they will keep a thread for their team with discussion and members etc....

The max per team is 6 players including the leader(s)
