if they do private no-qi transfers then what is the point in having qi restrictions on items?

Also i guess the TSA's get over worked if everyone wants a no-qi transfer.

Just plain guessing.

The no-qi transfers aren't a thing now for like years or even more, but how it was already said you can buy no-qi items from market.
