Wushu: Raise: both shoulders
Contract: both knees and right hip
Extend: left hip
PUSH SPACE x2
Extend: both knees and RIGHT hip
Contract: LEFT hip
IMPROVISE to stay on ur feet cuz u can't touch the floor in Wushu
