Hmm Bully was a bitch about free roaming though. If you don't get to class on time, you start getting the police/teachers jumping you at every turn. If you stay out at night for two long, you faint and get robbed.
Although the first thing can be avoided by completing all classes at all ranks.

But what i do is take the fire ext* and blind them then attack them and i take down all the teachers lol then the police come and arrest me :o.

Potato gun was my favourite for the authority figures :P

Not to derail the thread, another semi-free roaming game with ragdoll physics is Prototype. Probably inFamous too.

I think Assassins Creed has ragdoll physics.

Also Red Dead Redemption. Although it's easy to get pissed off when you stop to help some nice lady standing next to a cart and then suddenly get the shit shot out of you by 4 different people :|
