2. It's good (just because it's your second attempt).
But there no style to it at all, just a big collision of random stuff. There's smoke-like letters, the "Degeneration X" thing looks like it has something to do with technology, the background is gravel with a random wisp of red, and the pov-ray Toribashians are also out of place with the entire image style, not to mention incorrectly placed on the image.
Keep at it, and you'll get better, I'm sure.
