If When I get live you have it aswell, i'll happily help you complete the harder difficulties, its strongly recommended to do the Insane difficulty on Co-Op anyways its near impossible on your own

mainly because RAAM will just go mental on your ass,

Casual - 0 times (playing once on hardcore gets all casual achievements)
Hardcore - 3 times
Insane - 3 times (did on my own until RAAM. Then I had a friend help me kill him)
