Engage distance *150*


Hold all
Raise both shoulders
Contract left knee
Extend both ankles

Space x5

Contract left hip
Extend left knee

Space x2 (ouch)

And for a finishing pose, extend left hip :P

and if you put your shoulder down you dont fall, and it looks more stylish.
