What the problem

its mostly a problem with ur computer run times like ''ms netframework and directx,etc''

I suggest to search online for ''All in one runtime'' and download that file..its around 350 mbs and install it!

I also had that problem and that file fixed it for me!

Try:
Run Toribash as Administrator.
Reinstall Toribash with your Anti-Virus off.

(if one doesn't work then try the other)

and if those two options don't work, try this.
