Can I report this user? He called me many swears and then kicked me. He scammed me by making duel mode on when I first came in. Here is the only evidence I have.

usually u get a message that the duel mode is on. so this is your own fault and "go to hell" isnt really a thing which i would report.

This page shows that you had a series of duels with Neurotico.

However, duel mode is thoroughly designed to prevent abuse. Every time duel mode is activated or changed, everyone is put into spectator. It is your choice to then enter a duel, the operator can in no way force you to. Operators cannot kick someone they are currently dueling.

It is your responsibility to make sure you know what you are doing when you enter a duel server and engage in a duel.

Your screenshot unfortunately does not prove anything: it doesn't have a kick message or extremely inflammatory comments by Neurotico.
