Hello, i just brought a "new" VGA, an Ati Radeon Hd 5450 1GB, DDR3.
And it says i need a 300W Power Supply, i have one with only 250W.
Can i use it?
Its only to Play Toribash with shaders

Don't use the card without replacing the PSU, unless you want the PSU to blow & risk ruining all your hardware with it. Also get one bigger than the requirements, never run a PSU at full capacity.
