I tried this command to see how many frames I get then set it back to 60, but every time I start my game it starts as /opt fixframerate 0 and everything is too fast.

How do I make it start regularly at 60?

Go into your Toribash folder, and open Custom.cfg, in the document, you will find "fixedframerate 0" or "fixedframerate 1" make sure to it is/change it to 1 and restart Toribash.

Tell me if this fixed it or not.

For some reason it was set to "fixedframerate 60". So I changed it to 1.
