same as creating a server.

MatchMaking is like making a server but with certain QI restrictions.
For instance: you want a room just for black belts. So you put Min Belt: 1000
and Max Belt: 14999.
And only black belts are allowed to enter in your server.

/set mod [Mod name] = change the mod
/set minbelt [matches] = minimum belt requirement to enter server
/set maxbelt [matches] = maximum belt limit to enter server
