I read in the judo server that there is going to be some grand tournament prelms. It said it was at 8AM GMT + 10Am GMT time. I tried doing it in a time zone converter, and I don't understand it. If someone could plz give me the time this converts to in EST or U.S.A. easter time, I might be able to spar some creds.

GMT is 5 hours ahead of EST. GMT -5. Therefore, when it's 8:00AM GMT, it is 3:00AM EST. 10:00AM GMT is 5:00 AM EST.
