on top of what dr.box said you can also change the name of the card.
The only drawback is its slightly hard to get the right dimensions for the card (seeing as its in a rectangular shape) when making or requesting your own card image.
the cards were part of some sort of event a while back, and are sold in the market & by missuse, as well as some other people, including me.
