The only way they could purchase it for you, was if they logged in to your account. In this case, you'd both be banned for account sharing.

You could, however, sell TC to obtain the funds you need to buy TP/VIP. In which case, it's okay to make a thread selling TC in the items board, so long as it abides by the corresponding TC selling rules.

You can make a paypal account, and request paypal money for TC.
If they want to buy your tc, give them your paypal email, and then have them send the money then you send the TC they bought.

It's illegal for someone to buy it for you, just sell TC and buy it on your own

I believe SlipAnc had a thread (I believe...) were you would buy tp for a certain amount of tc and vip for more... But It's not up anymore, so the only way would be to buy it yourself with cash.
