I have this one problem when im trying to connect to a server but it says that Socket Error. Can somebody help me??

happens to me like 35 times a day. makes me wanna flip my table,...A few times.

Shitty Internet Connection. Low Ping, Far from Router, Shitty network cable, Weather if on satellite, shut down router turn back on blah blah,
Windows firewall can be it to...So yea...have fun, networking is a bitch.

Problem is unknown but it is suspected to be a DDoS. - pretty sure
