Would strategically playing the Tori Double count as exploting the system? For example sending a bit tc over to another Account in order to not loose everything in Tori Double?

You can't possibly exploit a 50/50 winrate, the only thing that will change is that you will lose all your tc slightly slower.

well by transferring tc to another account i just wouldn't loose everything and could build myself back up. If i loose everything however i can't build myself back to where i was because theres no tc to double.

No its not exploiting. You can't exploit a "yes or no" game by risking less or more at a time.
