DSC means Description I believe, but when it's associated with a clan it means your clan page. Take this for example, that is a clan DSC. When Uric said you needed to fix it or you needed help with it he probably meant you need to fix it up and make it look better. Before you attempt to fix or recreate a DSC a advise you read this for all the information you need on creating clans.

The word "DSC" doesn't mean clan.
DSC stands for discussion or description, if DSC is associating with clans (Which in this case it most likely is) a clan DSC is a page describing the clan and what its all about and all the information.
Please refer to the examples I gave earlier if you'd like to learn more about clans and how to set them up and how they should look.
