I stopped playing for about 4 months and now i have downloaded the new version of toribash and when I go to multiplayer I can't connect to any of the games.....can anyone tell whats wrong and if it can be fixed?

Do you have a firewall blocking Toribash ?

No my firewall came up with a warning but i accepted it....

Make sure your Toribash isn't blocked by your firewall. Remove it from the list if possible, even.

I can connect to a few of the servers at the bottom of the list but not the ones at the top and middle.

Are you sure you aren't trying to join Qi limited servers ?
Read the Player Newspaper for more infos about the Qi limits in the Official servers

Are you on Dial-up or something?

If not, you just need to be persistent and keep reconnecting.

I'm having the same issue. I seem to be able to join user-created rooms without problem, but attempting to join any of the ranked rooms (IE- Beginner Judo, Aikido, etc) does not work.

Well, some of those are QI restricted, or experince restricted...
Other wise if your to high of a belt or to low, you cant join...

Try intermediate or semi pro

Nah, that's not the issue, Banana. I'm still a White Belt and I'm trying to join the beginner rooms. When I join I'm shown a message telling me that I simply "failed to connect."
