How to create revolving heads ? What do you mean by that ?
Also, I doubt it needs to be in the Support Board.

If you do, it's not possible. TGA textures can't be animated.

Well, if you mean ingame, then yeah, it's impossible.
If you mean as a Gif file (for your avatar for example), then it is possible, but I don't know how ; I will then move this thread to the Art board (more job for Mapleleaf ;) )

It's just a filter, you don't need a tuturial. Filters -> animation -> spinning globe. Then save it as a gif, and that's it.

get your TGA texture.

go to Filters/Animation/Spinning globe/50 frames

save in .gif format.

upload to image hosting site such as imageshack or photobucket.

copy and paste [IMG] code and paste on forums.
