The collector card is just a collectors item. Simply buy it from someone. Once you have it you can upload any image you want to it. So if you want your name on then in addition to buying the card item you'll need to make or commission the actual card art for it.

So if I buy one from market
I just do edit and change the name and image?

I think Solax is saying that when you actually buy the item you then have a template to upload your own art onto, so in effect yes. I cant imagine it'd be difficult to do but if you're bad at art you might want to pay someone else to do it for you.
