If you wanted to change your flag, you would have to access the forums with an IP from another country. If you do this, however, the admins will start thinking that you sold your account and might ban you.

You can always try the easy way and fly to another country.

Use a proxy software eg kickmyas and change your ip

idk if its legal but i have seen some people doing that

Well your profile says your country code is RU, which is Russia.

So, your IP location is saying you are in russia, and no you cannot really change your flag unless you move country or you can use a proxy (I think).

Also please do not bump old threads, especially ones from nearly a year ago.

Yes , use proxy to change your IP. Different IP mean different country.
