If I get magma force, relax and blood, do I get the full magma achievement?

The achievements section are with problems? If yes, in which achievements we should not strive in vain to try to complete? For example, I created a mod, uploaded normally, and he's on the list, was approved and such, but I'm still without the "I made a mod" achievement.

The "I made a mod" achievement is bugged, you don't receive it automatically.

While we're here:
I got full adamantium and equipped it all.
No acheivement earned.
Any reason why?

you don't have all 17 items

missing motion trails, gradients ect.
