i don't know what you mean by "they". Are you talking about other players when they leave the server and join another one? if yes, then whats wrong with "disconnected. quit game." This message is in the game for ages

If a player goes to another server, it just means he left the server on purpose, he wanted to go to another server. I think that's the only thing quit game means here.
